First Class is a 16.1 imported KWPN gelding. He showed up to 3’3 Hunters the year after I imported him. He spent another winter in training with a Grand Prix rider. He has an awesome round jump. Very quiet push ride. When the jumps get above 2’6 he keeps his pace a lot easier. Super cute gelding for someone to put time into.
Now, the kicker. He was over jumped before he came home to me a year and a half ago. We have been working on building his confidence with no stopping issues in the past year. He needs a confident but soft rider. He will work his butt off and try hard if he has bonded with you. He will excel in a show barn atmosphere. He loves attention. He needs more activity in his life than I can give. He is not a fan of dense woods. He has, for the most part, gotten over the crazy mini farm animals next door (cow, goats, pigs, chickens, etc) but I’m sure he would still prefer a place without them.
I have well into high 5 figures into this gelding, but unfortunately I don’t expect to be showing my own anytime soon and he will be awesome when someone gets him back into the swing of things. Consistently schooling 2’6-2’9 at home. He last went to a schooling show right when COVID hit last year and did 2’9 with a junior. Lease to purchase option available for the right person.
